Concierge practices care for a significantly smaller number of patients compared to traditional medical practices, allowing for more personalized attention and in-depth care.

All patients have direct access to their physician’s cell phone. For protected medical communication, patients may also use a secure patient portal, while non-urgent, general inquiries can be sent via email.

Patients may schedule same-day visits for urgent concerns during regular office hours. When necessary, appointments outside of standard office days and times may be arranged on an individual basis. Routine visits are scheduled at your convenience.

 Membership includes timely, unhurried in-office visits, personal evaluation and coordination of your care during hospitalizations at Cleveland Clinic Martin Health, and 24/7 direct cell phone access to your physician for urgent medical concerns. Please note: in the event of a medical emergency, call 911 immediately

 Yes, our physicians are available for house calls on a selective basis. A travel fee applies for this personalized service.

 Yes, your physician holds admitting privileges at Cleveland Clinic Martin North and South Hospitals. For hospitals where your physician does not have privileges, we frequently communicate directly with the hospital care team to help ensure continuity and coordination of your care 

 The 'Meet and Greet' is a complimentary, no-obligation visit designed to introduce you to your physician and offer a personalized overview of our concierge care model. During this meeting, you'll learn about the services we provide, physician availability, and our commitment to comprehensive, patient-centered care 

 No. Your membership includes all in-office visits, as well as direct hospital care and management provided personally by your physician. 

 This practice does not function as a health insurance plan. Patients are strongly encouraged to maintain active insurance or Medicare coverage to help manage major, unexpected healthcare needs such as hospitalizations, surgeries, emergency room visits, imaging, and lab work. Our focus is on providing consistent, personalized primary care that insurance is not structured to support
